
Wayne Tibbs
Wayne started his career as an electrical apprentice in 1986. He became an Electrician in 1990 and then progressed to become a foreman/Technician in 1991. He moved into a Project Engineering role in 2001 and further progressed to Project Manager in 2006. Finally in 2010 Wayne took the step to undertake the role of Senior Project Manager. Wayne has successfully completed many projects from just a few hundred thousand pounds to multi million pounds.
During his time in the industry Wayne has obtained City and Guild qualifications for electrical installations along with undertaken many other courses from HV authorised person to First aid. He spent many years helping train apprentices and whilst doing this obtained the C&G qualification for assessing candidates performance and assessing apprentices using differing sources of evidence (D32 & D33).
Wayne also holds a CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification along with a CITB site safety plus Covid 19 qualification.
